Rental Rates
- The rates are presented on the at least of daily basis rental which subject to 24 hours time length.
- Hours in excess of one day of the hourly rate specified herein, not to exceed another full day’s rental.
- Hourly rate is RM20 for all vehicles.
- The rental rates published exclude the cost of the petrol consumed during the rental.
- The rental rates published include service tax
Payment Method
We do accept cash and credit card payment. No credits terms are allowed for short term rental.
Online Vehicle Reservation
The Hirer is highly advised to book our fleets at least a day prior to their journey through online reservation or calling our customer service representative in order to avoid no more available fleets for renting especially during the peak season. And , the payment that is being paid to us is not refundable if the Hirer failed to show up or cancel their rental request at specified date. Rental date changes are allowed with minimum 48hours notification at cost of Hirer.
Driving License
Malaysia Driving License and International Driving License are applicable to be used during hiring the vehicle. Exception or expatriate or foreign tourists with the valid social pass, they may use valid driving license issued from their origin country.
Vehicle pick-up and drop-off location
Our coverage mainly is in Langkawi Island. We do not deliver our fleets outside Langkawi Island. Additional reasonable charges will be imposed accordingly if the Hirer chooses other specified pick up location than listed below.

Additional Surcharges applies in addition of RM50/trip for vehicle pick-up and drop-off between 19.00hrs to 09.00hrs (daily).
Emergency Breakdown Services
Immediate vehicle replacement services will be available upon request on 24 hours basis which applicable to any breakdown cases. And, it is being provided within Langkawi Island only. But, our service will exclude flat tires replacement services.
Parking Charges and Traffic Offenses
The Hirer will pay for all fines and court costs for violating packing traffic requirement or other legal offences and violation that is assessed against rental vehicle during the rental period.
Security Deposit
The amount of security deposit retained during hiring period varies for cash payment and credit card payment. Meanwhile, we could only just perform an offline charge of RM300 as security deposit for credit card payment. In the other word, no transaction exist for this charge. For those without possessing a credit card/charge card, we do require the Hirer to provide us cash for security deposit of RM500 in addition of copy of Identity Card/Passport and copy of Driving Licence.
Insurance and Collision Damage Waiver
All of our fleets are equipped with standard commercial motor vehicle insurance scheme in accordance to road transport act 1987. No matter what happened and how serious the damage to the rental vehicle during renting period whether is due to hirer negligence or third party negligence, the hirer will only responsible for the excess that shall not exceeding the amount specified below:
If the Hirer agrees to purchases the Collision Damage Waiver plans. It is an additional coverage for any third party claims on damages and bodily injured in the event of accident took place.”CDW” is not insurance or an insurance product. However, the purchase of collision Damage Waiver is an optional which is not mandatory to rent the vehicle. Nevertheless, with or without purchasing of Collision Damage Waiver the Hirer will continue responsible for excess liabilities.
Without purchasing Loss Damage Waiver, the Hirer and/or any additional Authorized Driver are primarily responsible for all personal injuries and third party claims of personal injury, including death, and preperty damage, arising out of, or by reason of the use of the vehicle during the rental.The entire terms and conditions will be specified further in the rental agreement during hiring the vehicle.
